SOME IMPORTANT FACTS OF YOUR TENANCY

1. You must put your own lock on your unit during office hours and keep it locked at all times, otherwise we will lock your unit at your expense.
2. A minimum of one month’s rent is charged to all customers.
3. Rent is prepaid for the entire month: refund of rent money is due only when your unit is re-rented.
4. You are responsible for getting insurance, including theft, on your stored items if you so desire.
5. The control gate locks out all tenants seven (7) days delinquent.
6. We do not accept partial payment on delinquent rents per NRS code #108.473 through 108.4783.
7. You are responsible for any damage you cause to your unit, or trash left on the facility.
8. No oily engine parts or automotive repair is allowed in the units or driveways.
9. Access is denied between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
10. We charge an additional $1.00 per transaction for payments made by credit card.
