SOME IMPORTANT FACTS OF YOUR TENANCY

 

1. All vehicles must be closed and secured, otherwise we will lock your vehicle at your expense.
2. A minimum of one month’s rent is charged to all customers. Rent is prepaid for the entire month.
3. No dogs are allowed outside your vehicle when on premises.
4. You are responsible for getting insurance including theft, on your stored items if you so desire.
5. No dogs are allowed outside your vehicle when on premises.
6. The control gate locks out all tenants seven (7) days delinquent.
7. We do not accept partial payment on delinquent rents per NRS code #108.473 through 103.4783.
8. Access is denied between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
9. All excess parts, materials, and misc. debris must be locked inside stored vehicle. Any items left outside will be considered trash and will be hauled away at owner’s expense.
10. No loitering is allowed in the outside yard and no auto repair is allowed without prior permission.
11. An additional $1.00 is charged per transaction made by credit card.
